Excellent AI tools and outstanding customer support
Fotor is one of my favorite tools for working with photos and artificial intelligence. I use it for photo editing as well as creating AI-powered photo animations. I really appreciate the wide range of available features, its ease of use, and the fact that the platform is constantly evolving and regularly introducing new possibilities. Of course, as with any tool that uses artificial intelligence, not every generated result is always perfect. However, this does not change the fact that my overall experience with Fotor has been very positive, and the platform gives me many opportunities for creative work with photos. I would especially like to praise Fotor's customer support and Christine, who handled my recent case regarding problems with AI video generation from beginning to end. Throughout the entire process, she was extremely helpful, patient, and polite. She carefully reviewed the information I provided, responded to my questions and explanations, and did her best to help resolve the issue. I greatly appreciate the way she communicated with me — I felt that my case was being taken seriously. In the end, Fotor granted me 400 credits as compensation for the unsuccessful video generations. This was a very positive resolution to the whole matter and further showed me that the company is willing to respond appropriately when a user encounters a genuine problem. I would therefore like to give special thanks to Christine for her patience, kindness, professional approach, and assistance. Fotor is a useful and versatile tool that I regularly return to. I enjoy watching it continue to develop, and I hope that future improvements will make its AI tools even better. Based on my experience so far, I can confidently give Fotor a very positive review. 🙂🙏
