Exelente service
After buying AirAsia flights I see all the bad reviews for this company, but my experience with them has been excellent. We flew from Singapore to Langkawi and back from Langkawi to Kuala Lumpur, all on time, respectful staff and no hidden extra charges. Very good service with airport staff. When our flight was delayed we were offered to change the ticket to an earlier flight at no extra cost. Would fly AirAsia again, however I can only recommend them for shorter flights as there is not much comfort and several of the seats were not adjustable.
