If it's an emergency pick another company
I applied for the loan and was told I was approved. Took them almost 3 weeks to pay me. They assured me they would not take my 1st payment out before then, but the day they finally put the money in my account they were already removing my first payment. When I called and spoke to people the first few times no one told me there were issues, just to call back if I don't get the money in my account by a certain day. The supervisor I spoke with then told me there was a known issue with paperwork the day I was approved, and they were working on it but she didn't know when I would get my funds. Thankfully I didn't have any emergencies going on where I needed this money. I am fairly sure had I not been trying to contact someone so much I'd still be waiting for my funds and paying on them even though I hadn't received them yet.
