No dates available, cannot get fee refunded.
I paid the fee which was advertised as giving me a 4 night hotel stay on a particular date and time at a heavily discounted rate. I had to put in the specific dates I was looking for before I paid the fee, once that wax done, I tried to book but there were no dates available for the times I wanted travel. Emailed them for a refund on the fee as I do not want to use them. They said J had to call. Called several times but have never been able to get through the calls waiting. Total bait and switch.
