I canceled service. WHERE IS MY REFUND?
I canceled service. They tell me they refunded me. I've contacted them 3 times asking how much I was refunded as my checking account doesn't specify 247tv in any refunds received. I keep getting crickets from them.. They seem to have a problem understanding english as well.
