I recently ordered the new 40 oz tumbler heat press. When it was delivered by Fed Ex, I could tell something was wrong with the package because there was all this extra black plastic attached to it. I asked the driver what it was and got shrugged shoulders and he quickly left. Once I began opening it after taking pictures and taking more as I was opening it, I realized someone had cut out the heat press and taken it. I was devastated and after trying to repeatedly to contact FedEx, I was met with total frustration and told they had “exhausted all their efforts” and they closed the case. I am a disabled Veteran and my funds are limited and I was so distraught thinking I could not afford to try and fund another heat press because FedEx showed it was delivered but the thing was, only part of it was delivered because the heat press was cut out. I immediately contacted HTVront the day it was delivered and explained the whole situation and was in contact with them, an ACTUAL PERSON, the entire time. The care and concern they showed helped me tremendously during this frustrating time because, you see, I’m also autistic as well as I had just lost momma unexpectedly two months prior. After informing them FedEx they had closed the case, I was completely blessed by HTVront because they chose to send me a NEW 40 oz tumbler heat press to replace the one that was taken from the original bundle. There were absolutely no words to thank them for their kindness and generosity. I have numerous HTVront heat presses and will always choose them over any other company in the future and would highly recommend them especially now that I have experienced their amazing customer service!! Well done HTVront, you all are amazing!! #TGbeTG
