Quickly assisted me with an error I made with the order. I was notified by email that my error was corrected and when I received the item ... it was perfect!! I was surprised that the ball cap I ordered was not damaged in shipping as it was wrapped in the shipping envelope and not a box. The ball cap looked great in design and shape. Thanks!!
