They add absolutely no value, don't bother. You can do it on your own
Complete and utter scam. Absolutely zero customer service or guidance, EXCEPT when it comes to a settlement (which they are incentivized by as they take a portion of it). I wrote a complaint about an Airbnb experience in June 2022. With a copy and paste it was put in the mail to their corporate office and with no response, 30 days later I receive an email saying "click to escalate to arbitration". The next thing I know I have an active arbitration case, where I am Pro Se (representing myself) against Airbnb, 3 partners at a law firm and it's been moved to commercial arbitration. Fair shake or their online chatbot, Leon, either don't respond or send canned responses that don't help. Aside from mailing a letter, they provided absolutely ZERO value and I'm now lost and going it alone. DO NOT USE THEM, WITH VERY LITTLE RESEARCH YOU CAN DO IT ON YOUR OWN
