Unsatisfactory Experience with Hekka: Delays, Poor Customer Service, and No Resolution
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Hekka. I made a purchase for the Christmas holidays and was promised delivery by Christmas according to the website's indication. However, I was faced with delays and unresponsiveness from customer service after multiple messages asking for refunds. When the package finally arrived in January, it was marked with the wrong address, due to Hekka's failure to properly fill in my information. Despite repeated attempts to contact customer service and resolve the issue, I was met with automated texts and no solution. To make matters worse, I was informed that the package had been returned and destroyed due to the "wrong address" and that Hekka would not be held responsible or issue a refund. This was completely unacceptable and a result of Hekka's mistakes. I would not recommend Hekka to anyone and would advise caution when making purchases through this company.
