Awful
Awful. I placed an order at the end of November and worked out that my order will arrive on time for Christmas as it said maximum 16 days for the parcel to come. I have tried to get in contact with moon magic twice, and I have not heard back. If my item doesn’t arrive on time for Christmas I will be extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Awful shipping times, no customer service
