Dont even bother protecting your tickets. Its a waste of money and they arent protected unless you jump through hoops fir a refund. My friend brought a ticket as a gift not realising i had surgery that week and would be in recovery. I couldnt get a refund for it because they kept insisting i needed a letter stating my recovery time. The woman i spoke to was the RUDEST woman i have ever spoken to and kept deliberately slowing down her words whilst explaining things to me like i was some kind of idiot. They are the most unhelpful and worse customer service ive ever had to detail with. Absolutely disgraceful.
