Awful! No communication and No product!
Ordered a pool table on December 15th. Took many inquiries and a threat to cancel the order to get an installer assigned on January 17th. As of January 31st, still no pool table shipped to our installer and no response. Cancelled the order. Over 6 weeks they have the money and we have nothing.
