WARNING TO AUSTRALIAN BUYERS — STAY AWAY! Absolutely disgraceful experience. I ordered a custom office table four months ago, and despite the goods clearing customs on 27 August 2026, I still have no delivery date or ETA. Numerous emails have led nowhere, and customer service is practically non-existent, with communication limited to WhatsApp. Four months of waiting with no clear answers is completely unacceptable! Don’t be fooled by a flashy website. Based on my experience, I strongly urge buyers to think twice before ordering. Extremely disappointing and frustrating!
