Insane $1,800 return fee!!!
I own my own company and have purchased commercial tents from numerous companies. This was the 1st time that I purchased from them and when realizing that the poles come apart, I knew it was not heavy duty. I hadn't even opened the boxes and called them to return the items. They insisted I pay an $1800+ restocking fee to return. I could understand that if I had opened them and took things out and had to re package them to return but they were not even opened. Absolutely ridiculous...
