Reprehensible Behavior, FRAUD
After making an accidental purchase (I moved on to check discount and it processed order), I contacted House of Koyomi immediately to cancel. After several attempts without receiving a response, I left messages all over Facebook. I was ignored. Instead I received a message three days later, my order shipped. To no avail, and no response, I will be receiving an order I did not want and was ignored completely. FRAUD. Reported to card.
