I would rate a zero if possible. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing the head unit. Took pictures and they said it was “plug and play”. It was not. After much research. Found out I needed an extension harness due to factory navigation in the trunk. After many email attempts to get the needed harness. I was told they don’t have one or a part number. Their site says I need one and that they would provide it. Complete nonsense! Took our car and unit to a mechanic to have installed. He said, he won’t touch these units. Too many problems. So, stuck with a $385 paper weight. This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are nothing but criminal. If you buy anything from them after reading this. You are an idiot and deserve what you get. Will only purchase from Amazon from now on. I am pissed!!
