Return not refunded. Customer service was prompt into replying to return request, they offered credit to keep the product, but the credit was lower than the order. They don't provide a shipping label, I had 200$ in return and paid $20 to ship. Got the tracking code saying it was delivered and accepted and never heard back. I've tried to reach them multiple times, through the bot chat, email, nothing they just don't reply. Would not recommend this store, it appeared legit because they have a physical store. However, the online store is a total scam. I never lost 200$ before due refund not issued.
