I tried to login multiple times
I tried to login multiple times. I was logged in yesterday on my iPhone. It sends me an email code to verify me. I enter the code exactly as it said copy and paste. It says it doesn’t work. I’ve tried it multiple times with different codes. It will not let me in. Is anyone else having this problem? I mean, honestly am I gonna put my money in a company that I can’t even get into when I need it. (Update) Well it's now the weekend I contacted them yesterday morning and Noone has returned my emails regarding my account. Just be advised this is the customer service you're gonna receive. At least I don't have crypto in there. And my girlfriend was going to move hers in there as well. She said today have they contacted you? I told her nope she said well I will NOT move my money or crypto to a place that lacks basic customer service. And I have to agree. It is now Saturday so I'm sure the whole weekend will pass now. So 3 missed days of opportunity. If this is how they handle business then no thanks. I'm glad this before I placed my crpto and money in there. Can u imagine if I needed funds in an emergency?? I used the same email I logged into to ask you for clarification on the issue how is that so difficult I literally used the email to contact your customer service that I used to log and create an account with. U have never responded so quite with th complete BS response. I won't be using your junior varsity site based on your lack of customer service competence why would I include my email from trust pilot review when u won't respond to my email to your support. I contacted your support via my email. Ie the very same email mind you that I used to log into your site with. You have never responded yet. The only response ice received is from th bad review I gave on trust pilot seems your priority is trust pilot and not the support I needed and asked for. Good luck. Seems like a reoccurring problem and when it come to money I refuse to wait and deal with canned answered and lack of responses.
