EDIT: ok so apparently i was impatient and the admins solved the issue, for now everything is working good. _____________________________________________ Testing the waters before diving: As everyone, I was also attracted by the interest the website offers, but I decided to test it before depositing a big amount. I made a first deposit from faucet pay with a value of 1000 sat and it got through. I was able to buy a share... I decided to make another test and tried to deposit another 1000 sat the same way, but this time it didn't appear in my cryptowin account. I tried contacting their support by email, it took them 12 hours to answer by "what is wrong with you? refresh the page"... as if I am an old grandpa sitting behind the screen who doesn't know anything about technology... so anyway, I contacted them again after 10 minutes from receiving their email but still no reply... I am leaving my rating as it is unless this issue is resolved, plus the support should be more professional and not sound like a 12-year-old boy.
