Poor Customer service for parts
Placed an order for a part, was told it would be shipped in 2 weeks and now over 12 weeks down, I am still waiting for my parts. Sent numerous emails to a non existent customer service, after 5 emails I got a reply for one email promising me the parts would arrive in another two weeks and now after 4 weeks I am still waiting. The machine sits on my kitchen counter taking up space for the last 3 months with no hope whatsoever.
