Initial mistake corrected
*I've edited this to reflect my current opinion* An initially disappointing screwup with shipping for the holidays had led me originally to publish a negative review, but since then a shop representative has reached out and more than rectified the situation. Mistakes happen from time to time, we all make them, and the true test is how we react when our mistakes are pointed out. Long story short, I'm very happy with their response.
