Contact from trustpilot to provide more information for company so they can respond to feedback. Would have been more appropriate to respond appropriately to emails i sent. Finally had response from credit company and full refund provided, very protracted processes when the facts were known from the start. The companies last offer was 20% or return goods in very short timescale, which would have meant using air transport at my expense and for one iten that had been cancelled before being sent out. I stand by original statements. Poor quality, poor service, poor communication and complete disregard for customers. Dont use this company. Their returns policy is still hidden on the web and cant be accessed from their own website, nor open not transparent

Now sending boots even though cancelled days previously. Completely unscrupulous. But having some fun summer who sends me the emails calls me dear, so lovely and cant wait for the next one, shame not so talkative before it went wrong, but completely appalling service

Dont use
Email following weekend. Boots havent been made yet.... but can be sent shortly. I can apparently have 10% off the price of the boots if i go ahead with the order. Laughable as i had paid for quick delivery for the whole order. Have advised i am cancelling the whole order and requested a pre paid label.
Living up to negatives comments currently
So got an contact email, only after mentioning finance company and asking for prepaid postage label, others before that ignored. Email includes tracker link for yodel, not previously sent, but only for one parcel. Stopped payment from finance and given company 48 hours to sort out boots and give me tracker number or consider no sale and send prepaid label
Dr strange outfit
Order dr strange outfit paid for quick delivery. Outfit has arrived but not boots, so far. No communication for what was happening as the order confirmation says you will. They offer a link to the shop app to track which i stupidly downloaded. App wants access to emails....? Cant imagine why. I have sent email but no response yet. The quality is not great, fastenings are not wonderful and will need work to stop them falling off. The material is thin. If i had paid half the amount i would think it ok. The cooments on here relating to returns are similar to other chinese companies and its not so bad i wsnt to go through the hassle. i have bought with interest free finance to ensure i have some protection and havent paid in full yetand can stop payments if needed. Did place a review on their site but strangely it does not appear after submitting and you cant down tick comments. In summary. Not really worth the money, but will do for the party im going to and comms is not good
