10 year warranty is a lie & Customer Service read your emails but ignore you
Do not purchase from this company as a telling sign of a reputable company is one that you can get in contact with for queries or just in case you have an issue. I contacted them on 30 September 2025 and they were too eager to respond as they thought I was a new gullible customer. I was testing if the email address was working. As soon as I responded to their message to enquire about their 10 year warranty they went ghost. Your best bet is to likely spam their inbox to prompt a response unfortunately. Very disappointing considering the mattress wasn’t bad initially. Save your money and go to a trustworthy company who actually respond, it’s not worth the stress.
