I ordered the JOVS EMS Toning Pants and Sports Bra Both stopped working after about two months of daily use, which was disappointing for the price. That said, customer service was genuinely good. They acknowledged a quality issue, apologized, and arranged a replacement quickly without making me jump through hoops. The product didn't last as I'd hoped, but the support experience was excellent.
