I purchased a neck shoulder massage device for Christmas. I registered for the extended warranty with naipo which involved sending them the order number. In less than 3 months the rotating heads stopped moving. I write customer support and emailed them a copy of their company’s correspondence with me. They said they had no record of the order and that it must be from another non registered seller. Why did Naipo approve the warranty initially? Anyway the device was great the 2.5 months it worked but despite showing earlier written approval if a warranty, photos of the device Naipo would not honor their warranty. If Naipo won’t honor their warranty why offer it and why buy from them ?
