I recently purchased a dual 2.5/5ghz wireless video doorbell from aosu life via amazon. It would not connect to my dual band vodafone router. The customer services at aosu were extremely helpful giving me options to try. Despite all their efforts and advice it would still not connect. As a result they have sent me a replacement. Excellent customer services, only wish more companies were half as good. G Carlton
