THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
If I could do 0 stars I would. This company is a complete SCAM beware when doing business with this company. I clicked on delta website and was kicked over to this website that said I had to call to book because the website was down for maintenance. They told me they were booking a flight for infant in seat and only booked infant in arms so they charged me $275 for a $3 charge for airline ticket and confirmed with me I got infant in seat(which they did not book a seat) and then refused to cancel my reservation and tell me that if I wanted to upgrade my infant to seat, I would have to pay $1,000 more dollars. I ended up cancelling my reservation through the airlines and rebooking with them so I wouldn’t have any more problems with this terrible company. The woman I was dealing with was named Lexi. I talked to another man (his name was Andrew or something) that was rude and unwilling to help in any way possible. After I confronted them on scamming me, they tried every which way to put the blame on the airlines and say they did not mess anything up and continued to text me and call me to try to get me to rebook with them. Be warned to save yourself trouble and money and book directly through the provider of services.
