Lacks basic features, zero customer support
The program looks nice, but lacks basic features necessary for any serious writer; for example, it doesn't allow easy access to your personal templates, which can be pinned in Word and immediately there when you click "New." In WPS, you have to go to File Explorer and navigate to the file for the template you want. There's no customer support of any kind - zero. So, once you've paid, if you find the program doesn't work for you, that's it - you can't get any help from WPS with it, and it's impossible to get a refund as there's no way to communicate with the company.
