Screen defect and zero customer support
Screen defect and zero customer support I purchased a Vividstorm ALR 120” screen and after only 6 weeks of use, bubbles started appearing on the surface. This is clearly a manufacturing defect. When I contacted them to claim warranty, they offered no solution whatsoever and took no responsibility. For a premium product at this price, both the build quality and the customer service are completely unacceptable. Avoid this brand.
