LOL. I choose to ruin you all on social media and reviews. Flat out awful customer service. UNOPENED original packaging? How is anyone supposed to know the size without opening. Plus, you all don’t even have the size tags…seemingly intentionally. What a scam. Also your first email did NOT say anything about unopened packaging and in fact said the opposite.
