I had a very poor experience with this PCB manufacturer. I placed an order consisting of three PCBAs and prepared a very clear and simple test guide to be followed after production. However, they could not even carry out this basic test guide properly. The service they provided during post-production testing was extremely disappointing. Frankly, the quality of their support was unbelievably poor. When an issue appeared on the board, I sent them another guide with very clear step-by-step instructions on what they needed to check and follow. They simply replied that they had done it and that it still did not work, and then shipped the boards back. The task they were supposed to perform was only to remove four resistors and test the board again. However, when I received the boards, it was very clear that the resistors I had explicitly instructed them to remove had not even been touched. This was an absolutely terrible service experience.
