Do not purchase, it's a scam
I bought a travel insurance in Dec 2022. My flight was delayed for 12 hours, I wrote in since 1 Jan, and haven't got a reply since. I've called in multiple times to check and each time the response was someone will get back, but no one got back after 6 weeks. The purchase process was easy, but good luck getting a response when they are supposed to fulfill their payment
