Refused to give a refund
An item I ordered was too big. I already ordered it in a smaller size. Multiple emails later, they still have not given me information or a shipping label to return it. Only offered a 50% refund and to keep the item. Not good enough. I want my full refund, once I said that, they stopped responding. Will never order from them again! BEWARE!!
