Card works but it's roaming
The SIM works and was activated. I was only confused with the fact that it was a roaming card connecting to Taiwanese network, and not a native card in the country I purchased it for (Japan). Fortunately, the support reached back to me quickly and refunded my purchase. A very good customer service experience. Thank you
