Slow, difficult and prone to mistakes
Bought a steam key for Hogwarts Legacy, when I tried to activate the game, steam informed me the key had already been used in another account. So they sold me a used key. Contacted them with email and chat immediately, provided all the information they asked for, including screencaps and screencap video. Got generic answers with a promise to be in contact with me in 24-48 hours. Got no contact or information within those 48 hours. So I contacted Steam myself, got the inofrmation about the key I was sold (and within hours, not days I might add), and found out that the key had been used 13.2.2023 that would be three days before they sold it to me. Emailed them with the information and screen- and videocaps from steam. Got a reply where they asked if I want a key or a refund (first positive thing) I replied that either a working key or a refund if they are not able to provide me with a working key, after that they have sent me two emails asking if I want a refund, and I have answered in the same way, either a working key, failing that a refund. After my last email to them, it took 10 hours for them to contact me back, I finally got a working key, thank you for that. But it took over 3 days, 14 emails with them, several chat messages with them and I had to get the proof from Steam myself that the key was used before they sold it to me. So a definite buyer beware !
