No customer service, doesn't honour their cancellation policy, long wait and dispatch time, poor quality.
Ships from China. Takes 1-2 months to arrive. The print was ok, not exactly high quality and the sizing is way off. I bought a small for my girlfriend and it would probably fit an 8 year old. I contacted them after not receiving any update after 3 weeks asking to cancel my order, as it hadn't been dispatched and screenshotted their returns/cancellation policy to show I was well within my rights to cancel my order for a refund as the order hadn't been processed/dispatched yet as seen in my customer profile on their site. Conveniently, they "processed" the order 3 days after my email, then one week later replied to me to tell me I couldn't receive a refund due to my order being dispatched. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend anyone use this service.
