Absolute joke
Absolute joke. Ordered mid drive motor, shortly after received email saying the motor was stuck at customs for at least 4 weeks. Asked for a refund and motor turned up 4 days later. I have sent many messages over 2 weeks mainly because varstrom have messed with the display and now bafang software wont work with it. Had no reply what so ever. I feel lucky a got the motor at least. I now need to buy a new display just so I can run bafang software. DEFINITELY AVOID, pay the little bit more to buy one from another vendor. You will not get a reply from this company. Would hate to think it was damaged/ lost in post or that I need to make a warranty claim. You will just frustrated yourself sending emails.
