Emails to them, including the last which contains “I’ve been ripped off, haven’t I?” Just get the same auto generated email: blah, blah, just wait… the fault is with your countries delivery service. Don’t use these asshats. Also the five star review they got: I checked out his trust pilot score and every review he puts out to this company if five star… tons of them. It’s them.
