Amazing products even if I wish i had a bit more customization - still worth it!
I have been using PROVEN for almost 1.5 years and it is the only thing that actually improved my skin. I have had acne for over 20 years, tried everything. This is the only product that significantly reduced breakouts, redness and hyperpigmentation. I still get pimples but there are more like tiny zits with less inflammation, less redness, and fewer overall, so my skin has never been this good since before my acne developed. Here are my only suggestions for the company to improve: -it is a bit pricey - I have the subscription but sometimes I run out of 1 of the three products and would like to order just that one sooner than later but the system doesn't let me. I either wait or order all three so I often end up with two of two products, and 1 of one product and the cycle continues. -The scent changed recently and I didn't like it as much as I liked the old scent. I asked for it to be changed back but the rep just made it unscented which is worse. I wish I could select this option in my account instead having to go through customer service. -the referral link doesn't seem to work, and I told customer service but Im not sure it's fixed.
