I have ordered many times from this company. This time I was sent one wrong item. I sent numberous emails to them with all the correct info and exact time they are telling me they have no correct info from me. I gave name, order number, address, phone the works even pictures. Very frustrating and by the 3rd email to them I was frustrated and not happy.We are now up to 6 emails and still no results. They come back and tell me I'm being unreasonable and there is nothing they can do for me. Wow, what a great way to treat a customer. I feel they should send me the correct picture since they sent me a kit for children {key chains}that is just a waste. It should be sent no cost to me. That is not gonna happen since they said I'm being unreasonable. Needless to say I'm done with this company. Their customer service dept. is horrible and no one seems to know how to handle a simple problem
