Preston Baker Valuation
We invited Preston Baker to give a valuation of our house on 16/8/25. The agent was professional and polite but the companies ridiculously high fees, which she obviously didn’t divulge until the end of our meet made our minds up for us. We discounted them as soon as she told us the fees were over £8000.
