I ordered a pair of shoes that do not fit,The shoes were lovely and great quality, shame about the size! However I have asked to return and they offered £10 refund for £65 shoes. I said I want a full refund instead and have not heard back from them in several days, although it states they respond in 24hours and I have tried to contact them on all their media sites! Better customer service is needed!
