Awful Experience so far!
Extremely disappointed and frustrated in service so far. I paid extra for expedited delivery. So far still not dispatched despite being told by Phyllis they will be dispatched on every email, now being ignored. They now won’t be received in time for my holiday and not offered any partial refund or compensation despite asking. Not the type of service I expected to receive especially when I paid extra money.
