Buyer beware - sizing issues and horrible returns/customer service
Buyer beware. First, their sizing guide is way off because the dress my daughter received should have fit based on the numbers, but it did not. I filed a return request 8 days after receiving the dress. Apparently 7 is the drop-dead date. A person named Lisa responded to my request with statements like "If you are not satisfied with this dress, why didn't you contact us immediately after receiving and trying it on, instead of 8 days later?" Well, we've been tracking a hurricane that is heading our way for a few days and returning a dress wasn't #1 on the priority list. When I explained that to Lisa her response was "Once the 7-day return period is over, the system will automatically lock the item and it will no longer be able to be opened." Working in IT, I know there are always workarounds. FV just doesn't want to help their customers.
