BUYER BEWARE
Dishonest/unethical business practices at ntuc online happening. Recent purchases included discounts/free gifts that were not fulfilled, reason given was that a small promo invalidated the promo I wanted. Complaints thru their service comes with phone call response 1 week later with rude service staff informing "there is nothing we can do, read the terms and conditions". This is despite an immediate email upon purchase informing that if the items in question were not delivered, I wanted a full refund. BUYER BEWARE ALERT please treat ntuc online transactions as if you were buying from someone without any trust or business integrity (i.e. no trust on delivery quality/quantity/time of fulfillment,even price), lest you be offended by them insinuating you of your "stupidity".
