I approached run_frictionless for coaching services because I wanted our organisation to understand that product management isn't only about creating a roadmap and planning to implement features. It is more holistic than that. run_frictionless presented their 4Qs framework. The result was that our product owners understood what kind of actions and decisions they should be making to deliver the best fitting products and services for our customers. One thing I liked about the 4Qs framework was how easy it was to understand. People were able to implement aspects of the framework from day 1. I would recommend run_frictionless to organisations seeking a better way to create awesome products and services.
