No customer service at all. You will be lucky, if you will receive your goods. But in my case, delivery company delivered the parcel to wrong address. Contacted the seller numerous times, all he was doing- sending the tracking number and saying that it is delivered. I contacted delivery company 3 times, it was confirmed by them, that by SAT NAV - the parcel has been delivered incorrectly. Also they confirmed, that seller hasn’t opened a claim with them about the delivery to wrong address. Seller keeps saying, that HIS shipping company has confirmed that item is delivered. (Probably by tracking number, which was sent to me numerous times). Sent me an email with some attachement cut out from something in Chinese, that they have opened a case. So no goods, no money back for me. Offering me 20% discount to buy from them again. Joke. UPDATE: 3 months and still no refund or item. Getting e-mails from seller each week, if we do that, will you help us to remove review. All they care is their rating. And they response to review clearly shows how they handle the situations when there is problem with delivery - THEY DO NOT CARE! And no- it is the seller, who has to open a claim with delivery company as they have contract with them.
