Although the diesel heater is fitted and works, the remote control is inoperative on the Off button only, the other three work fine, so it appears that I need a replacement remote control. I have attempted to contact the helpline and also the robot reply’s by question and answer all without success. But keep getting inundated with vouchers offering discount from future purchases. This won’t happen until my current issue is addressed. Very poor Banggood.
