Disrespectful treatment
I was treated very poorly by the receptionist. Even though I arrived on time for my appointment, the receptionist let a late client go ahead of me. Her explanation was that she "didn't want to argue with the client," so she chose to argue with me instead. Very bad customer service, lack of respect, and bad time management. I won't come back after this
