Product took a long time to get and then 2 items were missing and 2 that was not ordered came. In the process of all this, they re-ordered my original 2 items and received them in a timely manner. Was very surprised and happy that they followed through with there promise. I now fully trust that this company is doing their best to keep customers happy.
